Thirteen years ago, my journey in the electrical industry began, rooted in my homeland, Ukraine, where I studied electrical engineering. My passion for this field is deep-seated, stemming from both my education and a personal dedication to ensuring the safety and efficiency of electrical systems. When I immigrated to Canada 10 years ago, I transitioned into becoming an electrician, which led me to establish Actus Electric (ESA Lic. #7013957). My goal was clear: to provide high-quality electrical services that prioritize safety, efficiency, and the unique needs of each customer.
At Actus Electric, we approach customer service with three core principles: quality, flexibility, and friendly communication. I believe in doing the job right the first time, adapting to the specific requirements of each project, and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is as enlightening as it is pleasant. Our commitment to excellence is not just about meeting standards; it's about exceeding them to ensure that your electrical work is up-to-code and safe.
What I find most interesting about my work is the problem-solving aspect. Every day presents a new challenge, and there's a genuine satisfaction in finding solutions that not only resolve issues but also enhance the safety and functionality of a home or business. My favorite part, by far, is seeing the relief and satisfaction on a client's face when we've made their environment safer and more efficient.
Outside of work, I cherish the time spent with my family. They are my foundation and support system. My personal time often revolves around reading, which I find incredibly relaxing and enlightening. I also maintain a healthy lifestyle by going to the gym and practicing yoga, which keeps me balanced and focused.
